All of our physical books are sold and shipped through Amazon, which means they’re available in many regions around the world (such as the U.S., Canada, and other countries supported by Amazon’s marketplaces). When you click a book link on our website, you’ll be taken to your local Amazon storefront (when available), where you can see shipping options, delivery times, and costs based on your location. Our digital items—like ebooks, printable coloring pages, Cozy Critter portraits, Cameos, and video greetings—are delivered online only: • Ebooks & printables: delivered via Amazon or Etsy as digital downloads • Cozy Critter portraits & Cameos: sent by email as high-resolution files • Cozy Critter video greetings: sent by email as MP4 video files No matter where you are, if you can receive Amazon deliveries or email, there’s usually a cozy Thistle Fox option for you. 🦊✨

For books (Amazon orders): All shipping and delivery times for paperbacks and hardcovers are set by Amazon, not by Thistle Fox Books directly. When you check out on Amazon, you’ll see the most accurate estimate for your region (including any express options they may offer). For digital books & printables: • Ebooks and printable pages are typically available right after purchase, following Amazon or Etsy’s normal download process. For Cozy Critter portraits & Cameos: • Digital Portraits and Cameo Bundles usually arrive in your inbox within 5–7 business days after we receive your completed Critter Form. For Cozy Critter video greetings: • A Cozy Hello: ~20–30 seconds · usually 5–7 business days • A Little Forest Story: ~60 seconds · usually 7–10 business days • A Keepsake from the Forest: ~60 seconds · usually 10–14 business days 💌 Need it sooner? We can’t promise rush orders, but if you have a special date coming up, send us a note before you purchase, and we’ll let you know if we can comfortably meet your deadline. Books purchased on Amazon All physical books and ebooks purchased through Amazon are covered by Amazon’s own return and refund policies. If you have a question about a refund, damaged shipment, or delivery issue, please check your Amazon order page or contact Amazon Customer Support directly—they handle all payment and shipping details. Digital downloads (printables & ebooks via Amazon or Etsy) Because digital files are instantly delivered and can be saved or copied, they are generally non-refundable. If you run into a technical issue (for example, a file won’t open or download), please contact us and we’ll do our best to help troubleshoot or resend the file. Custom Cozy Critter portraits, Cameos & video greetings Custom artwork and video gifts are created just for you, based on your answers and details. For that reason, they are: • Non-refundable and non-returnable once work has begun • Non-exchangeable for a different product We don’t currently offer revisions on portraits or videos, but we put a lot of care into reading your form and capturing the cozy vibe you’re hoping for. If something seems genuinely wrong (such as a major typo in the name or a technical issue with the file), please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll review it with you.

All Thistle Fox prices are listed in USD (U.S. dollars). Here’s how that works in practice: • Amazon & Etsy: Your final price and currency display are handled by Amazon or Etsy. In many regions, they’ll automatically show an approximate amount in your local currency, even though the base price is set in USD. • Your bank / card: If you’re outside the U.S., your bank or card provider may convert the charge from USD into your local currency and may apply a small foreign transaction fee, depending on your account terms. • Custom Cozy Critter orders & video greetings: All custom Cozy Critter portraits, Cameos, and video greetings are priced and charged in USD, and delivered digitally by email. If you’re ever unsure what you’ll be charged in your local currency, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider—they’ll have the most accurate conversion details.
