She lives in the Midwest with her husband and their spirited pup, Dolly.

Chelsea Torres is a California-based author and aspiring veterinarian who fills her books with joyful pups, coloring adventures, and gentle humor. Inspired by her dachshund Milo and a lifelong love of animals, Chelsea creates screen-free stories and activity books that celebrate imagination, pet love, and creative expression for kids (and grownups, too!).
